The directory is primarily a resource for community workers in social services, health and/or justice but it may also be used by people who have experienced family violence themselves. Most of the agencies listed do not require a formal referral to receive their services.

Free from Fear is a booklet for teens. It provides information on healthy and unhealthy relationships, sexual assault, getting help and the law. It also lists Yukon services and agencies that can help teens deal with sexual assault.
Counting Us In Counting Us In: A Statistical Profile of Yukon Women (1999) [427.73 KB ]
This document provides gender disaggregated statistics for the Yukon. It is based on 1996 Canadian data. It serves as a complement to Multiple Roles, Multiple Voices, a study published by the Women's Directorate and Bureau of Statistics in 1993. Multiple Roles, Multiple Voices provided a statistical overview of Yukon women and identified the concerns and priorities of women in the territory.
A Decade of Yukon Women: 1999-2000 Daybook
For ten years, Yukoners nominated women from all walks of life, women they admired and respected, and women whose efforts made the Yukon a better place in which to live. To celebrate the millennium, the Women's Directorate produced this daybook in honour of all the winners of the Yukon Women's Awards since 1990. This is a resource booklet for women experiencing abuse. First released in May, 1999, the booklet is updated often. The latest version is from 2008. The booklet contains information about abuse; information to help you make choices; and telephone numbers and addresses of services that can be of help to you.

A Cappella North: a survey of teenage girls in the Yukon
This 1995 report is based on responses from approximately 200 teenage girls residing in the Yukon, ages 13 to 19. Topics discussed included: self image and concerns; violence against women; relationships with parents; living away from home; gender issues; school climate; substance use; sexuality; and plans for the future. A Cappella North 2 - Bulletins
The A Cappella North 2 (ACN2) study was conducted in 2001 on behalf of the Government of Yukon Women’s Directorate and the Department of Education.
